Stellar Wealth Management LLC operates the Financial IQ Challenge, a program designed to provide financial literacy education. Through the Site and related programs, we offer:
• Educational content related to personal finance and financial literacy
• Live classes and events, which may be free or paid
• SMS/text messaging programs that deliver class reminders, educational content, notifications, and promotional messages to users who opt in
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
Certain features of the Services may require you to register for an account or provide personal information such as your name, email address, and phone number. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to the Financial IQ Challenge SMS/text messaging program (the “Program”) through the Site or other opt-in methods, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Stellar Wealth Management LLC at the phone number you provide. These messages may include class reminders, educational content, notifications, alerts, and promotional messages related to the Financial IQ Challenge and our Services. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency may vary but will not exceed approximately two (2) messages per week. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You are solely responsible for any charges from your carrier related to receiving text messages. We do not charge a fee for participation in our SMS program.
You may revoke your consent and opt out of the Financial IQ Challenge SMS/text messaging Program at any time. You may opt out by texting any of the following standard keywords to the short code from which you are receiving messages: STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. You may also revoke consent by contacting us directly at [email protected], by replying to any message with a request to stop, or by any other reasonable means. We will honor all opt-out requests within 10 business days. After we process your opt-out, we will send you a one-time confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to rejoin after opting out, you may opt in again through the original sign-up method.

The Financial IQ Challenge SMS Program is supported on most major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability may be limited in some areas.
We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your phone number, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent information with any third parties for any purpose, except as strictly necessary to deliver text messages on our behalf. The only third parties that receive your phone number in connection with our SMS program are the aggregators and service providers (such as Twilio) that are contractually required to use such information solely for the purpose of delivering text messages on our behalf and for no other purpose. Certain classes and services offered through the Site may require payment. When you purchase a paid class or service, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF STELLAR WEALTH MANAGEMENT LLC FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stellar Wealth Management LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (i) your use of the Services; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any rights of any third party; or (iv) any content you submit or transmit through the Services.
